Our Policy
PREPAID
You must verify a deposit of 30% of the reservation in advance by bank transfer or Paypal to verify your reservation. After making the reservation, the accommodation will contact the guests to provide the instructions to make the transfer.
PAYMENT
Full payment is made at least 5 days before the stay
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The money made to reserve the apartment is not returned.
For cancellation you must inform the establishment at least 15 days before your arrival.
NOT SHOW POLICY:
In case of no-show without informing or canceling the reservation at least 15 days before, as indicated in the previous section, the total stay must be paid.
